About the Firm
An Independent Perspective. An Analytical Foundation.
Wellington Global is a Texas-based economic consulting practice specializing in applied economic research, quantitative analysis, business and regional economic studies, and econometric analysis and modeling.
We approach each engagement with a fundamental objective: to establish what the economic evidence demonstrates, what can reasonably be estimated, and where uncertainty remains.
Our research integrates economic theory, empirical methods, industry intelligence, and business-level financial and operating data to examine economic relationships, assess commercial activity, and inform complex decisions.
We believe that credible economic analysis requires more than sophisticated models. It requires sound judgment in selecting methodologies, disciplined treatment of assumptions, and transparency in the interpretation of results.
Our responsibility is to the integrity of the analysis—not to a predetermined conclusion.

He earned his bachelor's degree in Economics from Universidad Regiomontana, including an academic exchange at KU Leuven in Belgium. He completed his graduate coursework in Economics at Universidad Autónoma de Nuevo León (UANL), including a research stay at De Montfort University in the United Kingdom, and subsequently earned his master's degree in Economics from Universidad Autónoma de Chihuahua (UACH), where he defended his thesis. His areas of specialization are Financial Economics and Industrial Organization, with an emphasis on empirical research, quantitative methods, and applied econometrics.
He brings more than 15 years of business and investment experience in real estate development across the United States and Mexico, encompassing residential and multifamily developments in the United States and industrial and residential projects in Mexico.
Drawing on his economic training and experience in investment and development, he has developed a binational investment platform integrating econometric analysis and financial modeling to inform capital allocation, investment evaluation, and strategic decision-making across both markets.
This combination of applied economic research and direct investment experience shapes an analytical perspective grounded in economic fundamentals, quantitative evidence, and practical understanding of capital-intensive business decisions.
Each engagement receives direct principal-level oversight, with an emphasis on methodological discipline, analytical independence, and clarity of conclusions.

We provide focused economic research and advisory services designed to address specific business, investment, and institutional questions.
We evaluate the economic foundations of proposed investments, business ventures, expansions, and development projects.
Our assessments examine demand conditions, operating economics, investment requirements, revenue assumptions, and relevant market risks to evaluate the circumstances under which a project may be economically viable.
Where appropriate, scenario and sensitivity analyses identify key dependencies, downside exposures, and constraints affecting projected outcomes.

Deliverables: Economic research reports, industry studies, regional assessments, and analytical briefings.
We apply statistical and econometric methods to investigate economic relationships, evaluate hypotheses, identify relevant drivers, and quantify uncertainty.

Deliverables: Econometric studies, statistical models, quantitative research reports, and technical analyses.
We assess and quantify the economic contribution of business operations, capital investments, and proposed projects within defined geographic markets.
Our analyses examine direct economic activity, employment, and labor income, together with indirect and induced effects where appropriate and supported by the evidence.
Each assessment distinguishes documented activity from model-based estimates and incorporates transparent methodology, clearly stated assumptions, and supporting economic data.
Deliverables: Economic impact reports, quantitative exhibits, methodological documentation, and technical appendices.
Our Approach
01 — Define the Analytical Mandate
Establish the central research questions, intended use of the analysis, relevant geographic and industry boundaries, study period, and evidentiary requirements.
02 — Establish the Evidentiary Foundation
Examine the available information, assess data quality, reconcile material inconsistencies, and identify additional evidence necessary for a reliable assessment.
03 — Develop and Test the Analysis
Develop an analytical framework tailored to the engagement. Select and apply appropriate economic and quantitative methods, evaluate key assumptions, and examine uncertainty where material to the findings.
04 — Document and Communicate Findings
Present clear results, supporting evidence and limitations in a professional report.
The objective is not complexity for its own sake. It is analytical precision in service of sound judgment.
